Portable Platform Guide

Set up Portable Platform

Use this guide if your box includes Portable Platform. Build a stable position first, confirm it with a light pull, then record a repeatable test.

Frez Portable Platform setup

Portable Platform

Make the setup repeatable

A stable position matters more than pulling hard on the first try.

01

Choose a stable surface

Place the platform on a flat, non-slip area and leave clear space around your feet.

02

Set strap and foot position

Before adding force, check strap routing and foot placement with the included guide.

03

Start with a light pull

Apply gentle force first to make sure nothing shifts, twists, or rubs.

04

Save a first platform test

Once the setup feels steady, record a short pull so you can repeat the same position later.

Essential Kit

A simple flow for the full kit

Use Dyno and Portable Platform together when you want a repeatable force-check routine.

01

Pair the Dyno

Connect Dyno in Frez before arranging the platform and strap.

02

Recreate the same position

Use the same stance, strap length, and grip each time so sessions are easier to compare.

03

Zero, pull, rest

Zero the reading, complete one controlled effort, then rest before the next attempt.

04

Review your baseline

Compare peak force after the session and repeat the same routine next time.
